Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent provider in our network. That is a local tree service that runs its own crews, trucks and schedule.

Yetartist Tree Service is the connection point, not the contractor. The provider who contacts you is the one who gives the quote and does the work.

What Happens First

Here is the usual order:

1. You send a request or Request a callback to check provider availability. 2. Your details go to a provider that serves your area. 3. The provider reaches out with questions about the tree. 4. A visit or photo review follows, then a written quote.

Timing varies by provider, weather and season. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a set time.

What to Ask a Provider

Use this checklist. Write the answers down.

• Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
• Will the tree come down whole or in sections?
• What is near the tree: roof, fence, wires, a buried line?
• Is cleanup and hauling included?
• Is stump grinding included or priced separately?
• Do you carry insurance and any license required locally?
• How will you protect the lawn, siding and roof?

Older Houses Need Extra Questions

Old house, extra care. If your home has aging materials or past repairs, say so.

• Ask how the provider will protect brittle roofing or old gutters.
• Mention any buried pipes, septic parts or old wiring you know about.
• Ask what the provider does if a surprise turns up mid-job.

You Are in Control

Nothing is required until you pick a provider. You can compare several answers, ask for changes to the plan, or stop at any point.
